gt998 Responsible Gaming — Your protection is our priority
gt998 believes gaming is for enjoyment. That is why we provide deposit limits, self-exclusion, and 24/7 support for every player's protection — for those aged 21+ only.
Our Commitment
gt998 is firmly committed to ensuring a safe and responsible gaming environment. We want every player to enjoy games with fun, awareness, and control.
Important Notice: gt998 is for those aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or playing. Keep children and teenagers in your family away from this platform.
Online gaming is a form of entertainment — but it also carries financial risk. Responsible gaming at gt998 means setting your own budget, keeping to time limits, and seeking help when needed. We want you to always stay in control — games should not control you.
With Bangladeshi players in mind, gt998 has developed various protective tools. You can set deposit limits, take a time-out, or self-exclude entirely at any time. Our support team is available 24/7 and ready to assist in Bengali.
Responsible Gaming Protection Tools
gt998 provides these tools to keep your gaming experience safe — completely free of charge.
Age Verification
gt998 strictly enforces the 21+ age limit. Age verification is mandatory at registration. Access by minors is completely prohibited and any such account is closed immediately.
Deposit Limits
You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour waiting period — decreasing it is instant.
Time-Out Feature
Want to take a temporary break? Use the time-out feature to pause your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this period, logging in or making deposits will not be possible.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel there is a longer-term problem, choose self-exclusion. Options range from a minimum of 6 months to permanent exclusion. Contact the support team to activate it.
Reality Check
View a summary of your gaming session time and spending at regular intervals. This keeps you informed and helps prevent a tendency to play excessively.
24/7 Bengali Support
Do not hesitate to talk about gaming problems. Our support team is with you 24/7 via live chat in Bengali — with full confidentiality.

How to Recognise Problematic Gaming
Ask yourself the questions below. If your answer to more than one is "yes", consider seeking help:
- Are you playing beyond your budget?
- Are you placing more bets to try to recover money you have lost?
- Is gaming causing problems with family or friends?
- Are you skipping work, studies, or sleep to play?
- Have you tried to stop gaming but been unable to?
- Are you borrowing money to cover gaming expenses?
- Do you feel restless or irritable when not gaming?
If you notice any of the signs above, contact us via live chat or email [email protected]. We will help you with full confidentiality.
The Core Principles of Responsible Gaming
gt998 believes that following these principles keeps gaming enjoyable at all times.
What to Do
- Set a budget in advance and stick to it.
- See gaming as entertainment, not a source of income.
- Take breaks at regular intervals.
- Only play with money you can afford to lose.
- Have the courage to ask for help when needed.
What to Avoid
- Placing extra bets to try to recover lost money.
- Playing by borrowing money or breaking into savings.
- Playing while drinking or under mental stress.
- Allowing minors to use your account.
- Recognising a problem but not seeking help.
